Resilient Multi-Channel C2

A ChannelOrchestrator with tiered automatic failover across multiple independent C2 channels: HTTP (primary), Nostr relays, Ethereum smart contracts, IPFS, BitTorrent DHT, and a libp2p mesh network, designed to survive takedown of any single channel. Payload self-identifies as 'M-RED-TEAM v6.4'.
